Julie Thomas, COO & Managing Partner

Julie has presented for various NC Medical Society conferences, many MGMA meetings, and hospital grand rounds meetings. Her broad knowledge of medical A/R management, understanding of workflow efficiencies, ability to increase revenue and reimbursement, and expertise in EMR implementations draws a demand for her speaking engagements and consulting services.

Prior to her current position with enPHLO, Julie managed a large outsourced billing company based in Wilmington, NC, where she directly supervised the operations of many medical practices of various specialties. In addition, she managed the Patient Financial Services Department at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC for five years.

Julie Thomas is the COO and managing partner of enPHLO. She has over 22 years of experience in the areas of inpatient and outpatient medical billing, coding, practice management, auditing, EMR implementations and consulting.

Julie lives with her husband, Greg, and two sons Austin and Bradley. Together they enjoy the beach, boating and Duke sporting events..

Brad Hinely, Director of Client Services & Managing Partner

Brad Hinely is an entrepreneur and established leader in the software and Information Technology solutions industry. At enPHLO, he guides the interface and EMR integration solutions team. In addition to his responsibilities in the connectivity front, he directs all areas of marketing, sales, and business development.

Prior to enPHLO, Brad most recently served as Co-Founder and CIO of Furtal Media, LLC (furtal.com). He created, designed, and played a central business role in deploying an integrated fundraising utility that is currently licensed by Schoolwires, Inc, the largest public school technology provider in the United States.

Brad lives in Wilmington with his wife, Katie, and their two children, Grayson True and Noble Rhys. He enjoys playing league volleyball at Captain Bill’s even if he feels that his team undervalues his remarkable skills.

Ben Wright, CEO & Managing Partner

Ben Wright is an avid entrepreneur, investor, and business management consultant. A contract attorney by trade, Ben has worked for over 30 years within the North Carolina business community helping several businesses navigate the state and federal regulatory system.

Prior to joining enPHLO, Ben managed the start-up of Wilmington Maternal-Fetal Medicine, a multi-location medical facility. In November of 2010, Ben was instrumental in the sale of the practice to an international Medical Management Group.

Ben lives in Wilmington with his wife Lydia and their dog Tink. Their son Benjamin currently coaches for Lynchburg University, their younger son William recently graduated from Wake Forest and is training to play professional basketball in Europe.

Michael L. Adams, CIO & Managing Partner

Mike Adams bring decades of Information Security leadership to enPHLO and our sister company Gestalt Security. He is instrumental in developing the core requirements of network security administration and works tirelessly to keep our clients in manageable risk situations.

Prior to enPHLO and Gestalt Security, Mike worked inside the beltway in Washington D.C. on various projects involving data breach and security protocols.

Mike lives in Wilmington with his cat(s). He enjoys photography, marksmanship, and the beach.
